Where do you sell our products?
Online, through our e-commerce sales channels. We list our specific channels on your account application and follow any channel restrictions in your agreement.
Do you follow MAP pricing?
Yes. Your minimum advertised price is our floor, and we never advertise below it. Send us an updated MAP sheet any time and we'll apply the changes right away.
Where does your inventory come from?
Directly from brand owners and their authorized wholesale distributors. We keep invoices for every product we sell, so any item can be traced back to its source.
How do you list our products?
With your approved product titles, descriptions, and images. We keep ingredients, warnings, and other required label information accurate, and we fix anything you flag.
Do you change packaging or create bundles?
No. Every unit is sold new and sealed in its original retail packaging. We don't alter labels, and we don't bundle your products without your written approval.
How fast do you ship?
Orders ship quickly with tracking on every package, and we pack them to arrive in retail-ready condition.
What do you need to open an account?
Your price list or line sheet with MOQs and case packs, plus your new-customer form. We send our EIN, California seller's permit, and resale certificate with the application.
How do you pay?
By credit card or ACH, prepaid on opening orders. Once we've built an order history with you, we're happy to apply for net terms.
What happens if there's a recall?
We stop selling the affected products as soon as we get your notice, and we work with you on returns or disposal.
